Highclare Estate is a family-owned Tasmanian vineyard in the Tamar Valley, growing cool-climate varieties including Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris and sparkling wine. Every bottle begins in our single vineyard, before making its way to our Wine Room in the heart of Launceston.

Whether you’re exploring the Tamar Valley, spending a few days in Launceston or simply looking for a great Tasmanian wine to share, our Wine Room is a place to slow down, taste the wines and discover a little more about where they come from. Drop in for a tasting, enjoy a glass and a platter, or pick up a bottle to take with you.
