Grown entirely on our vineyard in Tasmania’s Tamar Valley, this wine comes from the land we transformed from a former sheep farm into more than 32,000 vines and continue to share with its former wildlife inhabitants.
Elegant and expressive, with bright red fruit, savoury depth and the earthy character Pinot Noir does so well, it’s a wine that feels special without being too serious.
Drink it with: roast chicken, duck, mushrooms, slow-cooked lamb or a good cheese board.
