Our Blanc de Blanc is made entirely from Chardonnay grown on our Tamar Valley vineyard, offering a pure expression of the variety and the place it comes from. Volcanic rocks line the vine-rows and their radiant heat keeps the grapes warm into the evenings, allowing for more depth in the flavour of the fruit during the ripening.
Made using the traditional method, it combines freshness and precision with the depth and complexity that develop through careful winemaking.
