Our NV Cuvée brings together estate-grown Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, made using the traditional method and aged for 18 months on lees.
The time spent resting on lees gives the wine added texture and complexity while retaining the freshness and elegance that define Highclare.
It’s a beautifully versatile sparkling wine, special enough for a celebration, but approachable enough for an ordinary Friday night.
