Our Blanc de Blanc is crafted in the Traditional Method and made entirely from Chardonnay that is grown on our rockiest block, facing the morning sun. Volcanic rocks line the vine-rows and their radiant heat keeps the grapes warm into the evenings, allowing for more depth in the flavour of the fruit during the ripening.
