First picked in 2024, our Highclare Estate Non-Vintage brings together estate-grown Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in a blend we’re incredibly proud of.
Made using the traditional method, natural fermentation was gently nurtured and allowed to evolve over 18 months, building depth, texture and quiet complexity. The result is something truly special, expressive, elegant and unmistakably Highclare.
After patience, care and a little anticipation, it’s finally ready to be opened, poured and shared.
