Our Blanc de Noir is a traditional-method sparkling wine made from Pinot Noir grown entirely on our Tamar Valley vineyard.
With time and care through the winemaking process, it develops the richness and complexity that makes traditional-method sparkling so rewarding, while retaining the freshness and elegance of estate-grown Pinot Noir.
Fine bubbles, delicate red-fruit character and a beautifully dry finish make this the bottle to reach for when you’re marking the occasion, or simply making one.
