The driest of our wines, this Blanc de Blanc is crafted in the Traditional Method and made entirely from Chardonnay grown on our rockiest block that faces the morning sun. Volcanic rocks line the vine-rows and their radiant heat keeps the grapes warm into the evenings, allowing for more depth in the flavour of the fruit.
