Our Sparkling wine grows on Block 1 sitting atop the highest hill in our vineyard. Planted entirely to Pinot Noir, with commanding views along the valley. Being windy and dry the vines here work harder for a living. Hard work deserves to be rewarded and these grapes have been crafted into an outstanding Tasmanian Sparkling Wine – worthy of celebration.
